When I first called Namastay Training I felt trapped in my house! My youngest boxer was fence fighting with the neighbor dogs, walks were a disaster, he didn't "like" any other dog other than his brother, and he was even on probation at doggy daycare!! Now he doesn't jump on the fence, going on walks is a breeze and he is off of probation at daycare!!! Without Jennifer’s help I don't know where we would be.

Jennifer is great! I have 2 young labs, Bailey and Sidney, and they are quite a handful! They needed a lot of work, & I didn't even know where to start! Jennifer has helped me get them under control, they still need some work but, are really doing well. I never thought they would progress this fast. Most importantly, Jennifer has taught me how to communicate with them, and I feel like we are closer than ever. I feel like they understand me & I finally understand them. Little did I realize when I decided to add Tollie, a Lab mix to our household that he would be such a handful. Lulu, a Black Lab, and Monte, a German Shepherd mix, were pretty easy dogs but adding a third large, young dog to the mix made life hectic and at times, crazy. After discussing my frustration with Tollie’s severe separation anxiety, extra high energy and destructive behavior with a friend, she recommended the training services of Jennifer Skiba of Namastay Training.

Honestly, it was the best phone call I’ve made in recent months! Jennifer is not only thorough, but she is magic with the dogs. From our very first session, vast improvements were made. I have learned to be a better leader of my “pack,” and my dogs are happier and better behaved. I recently hosted a party and my friends and neighbors have remarked that my dogs are a real pleasure to be around—the improvement is that noticeable!

Through consistent work and adjusting my interaction with my dogs, I have gained control of my dogs via the techniques Jennifer has taught all three of us. Our household is calm and the quality of my relationship with my dogs is more enjoyable. All three dogs love the training and Tollie is on his way to being the great dog he is meant to be. These significant and positive changes would not have been possible without Jennifer’s compassionate, instinctive, and patient guidance. Jennifer’s work has given all of us a gift!

Namastay puppy classes are excellent for three reasons: We humans learn criticial skills for leading and living with our pups (soon to be full-grown dogs!), our puppies learn equally important skills about how to be dogs, appropriately, in our human world, and all of this good, loving and supportive learning is done in a relaxed and FUN environment. The kids, the puppy and I really looked forward to our weekly classes.

I cannot thank Jennifer enough for teaching my entire family and our puppy the basics of puppy training. We look forward to taking many more dog classes with Jennifer and Namastay Training. It's been time and money well spent.
