Terms and Conditions

  • All dogs must be under a veterinarian's care and have a clean bill of health.
  • The trainer, or the professional dog trainer handling the class, in their sole discretion, may remove a dog from class if a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animal or person is present.  Client acknowledges and agrees that no refund will be given under such circumstance.
  • Class size is limited.
  • Payment for class must be received at the time of registration to reserve a space.  Registrations received without a payment may not be held.  You may register online and mail a payment in but it must be received within 5 days.
  • Cancellation will occur if the minimum enrollment for class of at least 4 dogs is not met at least five (5) days prior to the first class session.  Under such circumstances, the trainer will contact the client and the client shall have the option to either receive credit toward a future class or receive a full refund.  
  • Refunds for classes will be given only if the request is received 72 hrs before the class start time.  No refunds will be given for requests received within the 72 hours before class starts or after the session has begun
